I have been very happy with the furnace they installed 3 years ago. In June, I got a new AC unit. KC came out to inspect the old one and told me it would be best to replace rather than repair. As usual, everything was explained to me completely. Josh and Luis did the installation perfectly. Dot came by to do a final inspection. Everyone works as a great team, and I will continue to trust them to do a fantastic job.

Work was done professionally. The AC/ Furnace replacement installation was done while I was busy doing my own job which was very convienant. Other than the working unit you would never have known they were there. No scratched up walls from hauling the large units up and down stairs. Nothing went missing. No messes were left behind. And the follow up interview with Dot a few weeks after install was informative and pleasant. You get what you pay for: quality.
We had a great experience with this company. We called during a very hot week when our 22 year old ac unit no longer cooled the house properly. Service technician Jeremy arrived and diagnosed the problem and discussed with us our options. We decided that a new unit was the best plan. The next morning installation technicians arrived. Dot followed up with us assuring our expectations had been met. Customer service with this company is top shelf.
