Had an overall great experience with McHenry Heating & Air today. AC went out last night and my call was retuned first thing this morning. Jason, our technician, was working on our AC unit by noon same day. He was knowledgeable, identified the problem quickly and came up with a solution on the spot. Every detailed was explained. We called McHenry Plumbing on Friday to get an estimate to repair the hot water heater issue and discussed the situation with them. Based on the quote we received and age of the unit we decided to replace it. They scheduled us on Monday. The two plumbers arrived when scheduled and were professional and pleasant and were finished in about 2.5-3 hours. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future if we need their services.

Excellent service! Our sump pump went out and we had water in the basement, McHenry Plumbing (Heating & Air) sent Butch over asap. I can't say enough about Butch, he was excellent!
